West Island Workouts is operated by Altheia AI Venture Studios Inc., a corporation incorporated in Canada and based in Pierrefonds, Quebec.

What is collected

• The answers you give on the intake: the service you're interested in, your goals, your fitness level, how many classes or sessions a week you can commit to, when you're available and how soon you want to start.
• Any health information you choose to share in those answers, such as coming back from an injury. It's used only to plan your consultation.
• Your name, and your email, phone number or both.
• The language you filled the form in.
• This site sets one cookie on your device, which remembers your language choice. No analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Altheia's own devices carry a second cookie that keeps our own clicks out of our counts; visitors never receive it.

Why

To contact you about a consultation and work out which service fits you best. This information isn't used for anything else. It isn't sold and it isn't used for advertising.

Who has access

The person in charge named above, and the service providers that run the site, only for that purpose: Vercel (website hosting, United States), Supabase (database, Montréal, Canada), Resend and Amazon Web Services (email delivery, United States) and Google (email inbox). Some of this information is therefore processed outside Quebec, including in the United States.

How long it's kept

Your information is deleted 24 months after you send the form. You can ask for it to be deleted sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to see your information, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to chris@altheiaventures.com. You'll get an answer within 30 days. You can also file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.

Security

Your information is stored in a database that only the person in charge named above and the systems that run the site can access.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
