Questions

Do I need to be a runner?

No. The running comes one kilometre at a time, and the classes build it up alongside the stations, at a pace set for you.

Do I have to sign up for a race?

No. The classes train the format whether you race or not.

How is Hyrox different from CrossFit?

Hyrox is one fixed race format: the same runs and stations every time. CrossFit changes the workout every day across a much wider range of movements. The two build a lot of the same fitness.

What weights are used?

Race weights depend on the division. In class, loads are set for your level.
